2008 Honda Odyssey Dallas dealer
Reader’s Question:
My dad recently purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey. I am quite impressed with the features, but tell me, how would you describe its tire endurance?
Patrick
Dallas, TX
Honda Odyssey runs on a Michelin’s PAX run tire system. Michelin’s PAX run-flat tire system is offered on the Touring model and it is a truly worthwhile attribute. The Michelin PAX system is far better than the traditional run-flat tires because there is no compelling ride-quality penalty. Run-flat tires have in the past relied on stiff sidewalls to support the car when the air is lost, which usually results in a rough ride. We hardly noticed any difference in ride or handling between Odysseys endowed with PAX and those with standard tires. Michelin’s PAX system uses a solid plastic ring that wraps around the center of the wheel like a rubber band. When reduced or deflated, the tire pushes against it and uses it for support.
In a presentation while driving with a flat tire, we noticed degenerated handling, but the vehicle was still certainly controllable in a safe manner. Honda states that this vehicle can be driven up to 50 mph for 125 miles with its tires flat. The wheels and tires has a special size and require specialized equipment to change, But Michelin says it has a set mounted within 12 hours within 125 miles of almost anywhere in the U.S. From a practical viewpoint, that should work fine because you still can drive on the flat until the new tire comes in. You will not be able to buy just any tire when you want to replace these due to the special wheels, but Michelin makes great tires and its older tires are readily obtainable so this should not be concern after all. Stopping for a flat tire in the busy streets of Dallas, can put family members at risk to other vehicles or to criminals while standing helpless on the side of the road, so we see run-flat tires as a safety feature.

I am looking for a car which is a little safer, because my last one was in total wreck. I want something that will not crunch up that easy. I visited Dallas TX Honda dealer, and I like the 2008 CR-V. Do you think it’s a good one?
Michael

2008 Honda CR-V Dealer
Kelley Blue Book does a very thorough review in the video above of the 2008 Honda CR-V, but since I’ve owned one for a short time myself, I’d like to add my opinion on the CR-V I bought from a Dallas Honda dealer.
What drew me to the CR-V when I went to my Dallas Honda dealer was the reports of its great safety ratings for how well it performed on crash tests. I was looking for a replacement car because my last one was totaled in a wreck when my teenage son was driving it, so I was looking for something a little safer. I didn’t want something which would just crunch up easily, and, well, the CR-V is incredibly strong and safe, and it’s also the most popular SUV in the country.
So I took it for a drive, and wow! I felt like I was resting, not driving. It handles so well, and the inside is so comfortable, that you can barely tell you’re in a big hunk of metal.
Dallas Honda Motorcycle Dealer
If you want to buy a Honda Motorcycle in Dallas Texas, then you need to know where to go, because if you go to the wrong place then you can’t be sure that you’ll get everything you need as a motorcycle owner. I love Al Lamb’s Dallas Honda Motorcycle dealership, because it’s so accessible and was very helpful to me when I was buying my first motorcycle, especially when it came to training and licensing and so on.
In addition to all of that, a good Honda motorcycle dealer will be well stocked as a one stp shop for all of your motorcycling needs, and Al Lamb’s is. They also have a quick technician on hand with some nimble fingers who has always had my motorcycle ready fast whenever I needed something done, and I never wanted for anything.

If you’re looking for a van from a Dallas Texas Honda dealer, then I have some advice as someone who recently bought one: get the 2008 Odyssey. Honda has been making some of the best minivans for years, and this year they don’t disappoint, releasing another model of the Odyssey which serves mid sized families perfectly. I’ve been driving mine for two months and have yet to find any problems with it. No catch!
What I liked about the Odyssey I bought from m Dallas Texas Honda dealer was how customizable it was. I was able to expand my seating to fit eight (a feat even when there’s room!), and there was such a wonderful selection of features that my kids are never bored when we’re drivin. Beyond that, it is also a wonderful drive. It handles smoothly, accelerates perfectly, and has top notch safety ratings.
Honda Element Dealer in Dallas
I bought a very colorful car from a Honda dealer in Dallas. It’s called the 2008 Element, and no matter what color you get it in, it’s bright and cheerful. Of course, that’s not the only thing it has going for it. I think, on the outside, what makes it the most appealing is how uniquely it’s designed. Its box shape isn’t something you see often on the road–most cars are getting rounder and rounder as time goes on, even the Jeeps.
Apart from its looks, the Element I bought from the Honda dealer in Dallas also handles very well, almost acrobatically. It makes hardly any noise as you drive, and the entire drive is very smooth and comfortable. It’s a car which is simple to control, safe, and fun to take out on the highway.

Q: What do I do if I can’t get financed through a Honda dealer in Dallas TX?
A: You should do what I did. I have pretty poor credit, so if I so much as try to get a bagel on a tab, I get denied. Having credit like that makes it almost impossible for me to get a loan for all of the necessary things in life, such as a car, a home, and so on. But, there’s a way you can sidestep the normally very stringent financiers and get what you need, albeit for a little higher price.
What I do is apply for loans online instead of through my Honda dealer in Dallas TX. Some dealers may give you loans, but if you have bad credit the rates will be terrible. Online lenders usually have better rates. You can save yourself a lot of time doing this, as well, because when you go up to get your car you’ll already have your approved check in hand and won’t have to worry about rejection.
